About our Custom Process
Many of our clients know exactly what they want. If you have a specific idea in mind for a piece, whether it’s a necklace, bracelet, ring, earrings, or anything else, set up an appointment with us and we’ll start the custom process. If you don’t have a specific idea of what you want but have a rough idea, we can help you with that too! Come in to see us, or schedule a video call and we can work through your ideas.
How It Works
Give us an estimated amount you want to spend on a piece, the metal you want to use, the stones that you’re interested in, and the design you have in mind. We can get stones/diamonds in for you to look at and pick from before we begin to make your piece. We will try to get you a couple of different price points, cuts, and clarity ranges, on the stones or metal that you would like to use.
If the piece is detailed, intricate, and requires more than a simple setting we will create a Computer-Aided-Design (CAD). We will give you a few angles of the 3-D image to review. If CAD is what you need, we will take a deposit for that service. The CAD will be sent to you for review, where you can request/inquire about changes or approval. At this point, if you approve the CAD, we will begin to build your piece!
