This is a darling Art Deco period Ring. Of the many elements, perhaps the first feature noticed is the twinkle of the 0.12 carat round cut diamond center, bezel set, and surrounded by fanciful, flower-like cut-outs. Milgraining adorns the edges of the metal work giving it texture, shine and articulation between shapes.  The quatrefoil shape is made of channel set rubies of various sizes giving this ring much of it’s charm and character. Twelve rose cut diamonds, each in their own triangular cut out, finish the piece. It’s tapered shanks and decorative under gallery are crafted in 18K yellow gold and the circular top is done in platinum giving this ring a beautiful and practical two-tone. There are no hallmarks or stamps to indicate when or where and its appears to have been sized in the past.  A fanciful and feminine piece to be passed down to generations to come.
