This Art Nouveau signet ring was created by a marriage of parts at some point in it’s life, although this is how we purchased the ring. Of course we can only surmise how it came to be, but the ring is a signet ring from the art Nouveau time period featuring beautiful flower motifs on the shoulders on the ring. We are guessing the “face” which resembles a pharaohs was a stick pin that was soldered on to the top of the ring where one would find the initials of someone engraved on it. We are doing our best detective work here and cannot guarantee that these details are 100% correct, but the ring is definitely from the Art Nouveau time period. Both the ring and face are 14 karat yellow gold.
