The Rolex Day-Date, also known as the “President” watch. It’s a classic and iconic timepiece. The Day-Date is renowned for displaying both the date and the day of the week, spelled out in full, on its dial. Introduced in 1956, it quickly became a symbol of prestige and luxury.
This 36 millimeter version is crafted in 18 karat yellow gold and features the signature fluted bezel. The President bracelet, characterized by its semi-circular links, adds to its distinctive look. This version is completed with a matt brown dial, distinctly different than the much more common white or champagne color dial. This watch was produced between 1977 and 1978. The watch is in very good condition for it’s age.
