Known as a “gas pipe” necklace as these necklaces were made after World War II to look like the old style gas pipes. The necklace is slightly expandable | springy and tapers from 21 millimeters (7|8 of an inch) in the center to 10 millimters (3|8 of an inch) at the clasp. Measuring 15 1|2 inches in length the necklace is worn like a collar and sits beautifully on the neck. Given the graduation and substantial width, the necklace can be worn as a statement piece or dressed down with jeans and a tee shirt. A versatile staple to any woman’s jewelry wardrobe.
