What is a pocket watch fob? When pocket watches were worn with 3 piece suits, back around the turn of the last century, they were traditionally attached with a chain, the fob prevented the chain from slipping out of the pocket. Today watch fob’s are collectable and used as pendants on chains. This burnt orange colored square citrine measures approximately 14 millimeter square. The citrine is bezel set within an 14 karat yellow gold ornate frame that is highlighted with bezel set rubies and single cut diamonds. There are 4 round rubies and 4 round diamonds all bezel set into the frame. The top of the fob is completed with an “O” ring, so that it could be attached to either a watch chain or a necklace. This piece will make a gorgeous necklace pendant.
