This amazing cameo is prong set in a stunning 18 karat yellow gold frame, embossed with delicate seed pearls and open metalwork. The sections of seed pearls are topped in silver, giving a beautiful display of mixed metals. Intricately carved, is a lady facing left. She is adorned with carvings of jewels around her neck, hanging from her ears, and even decorating her hair! The cameo can be worn as a brooch, or hung from a chain to convert it to a pendant.
