Victorian 1 inch Round Locket in 12 Karat Gold Set with an Old Mine Cut Diamond

An exceptional Victorian round locket made of 12 karat yellow gold. One side features an old mine cut diamond, with engraving around the outer edge of the locket. The other side is engraved with  a pair of initials. The overall condition of the locket is very good, but the glass inside is missing- but easy to replace. The locket has a rosy tone to the gold, which is pretty common in Victorian era Gold, as a higher copper content was used back then.
