A unique platinum, sapphire and diamond conversion ring. Although we purchased the ring this way, we can only guess that the top square pieces were once either cufflinks or earrings. The ring frame was created to set the square pieces onto. There are 12 round diamonds with an estimated weight of 0.18 carats, There are 16 beautiful French and calibré cut sapphires with an estimated weight of 0.50 carats, that give the ring a great contrast and pop of color. The ring is a size 5 1/4 and can be sized.
