Lippa’s offers free second-day UPS shipping on all orders over $1500 (not including tax) to the continental United States. Please contact us for rates for Alaska and Hawaii. All orders under $1500 (not including tax) will be charged $40 for second-day shipping. USPS Priority mail is available for $20. We will do our best to ship your order the same day it is received (please allow up to 24 hours) as long as the order is processed by 2:30 pm EST. If you would like overnight shipping, it is $65. We ship Tuesday through Thursday. Orders received on Friday will be shipped on the following Tuesday. Special arrangements can be made for Saturday delivery at an additional cost. International shipping is available at an additional cost, please contact us for rates and time frames.

Return Policy

Internet Purchases: You have 10 days to return your purchase for any reason. All sales are final after 10 days. You MUST contact us immediately (within 24 hours) once you receive your package to notify us if you will be returning the item(s) or if there is a problem regarding the condition of the piece, such as damage or extreme wear. If you have not contacted us within this time period we will assume that any damage upon return was caused by you. We take the utmost care to package our shipments and make sure that our jewelry is in the best condition possible. Exchange for store credit only within 30 days. Shipping charges and any alterations or sizing are non refundable.

All returned items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. You must contact us prior to your return for a return authorization number. You MUST ship the package back to us via registered insured mail through the United States Post Office, fully insured for the retail value, and pack the items safely and securely. Once the item is received by us, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any Alterations or sizing charges, within 3 days of receipt. In Store Purchases:

Purchases made in store are returnable for up to 10 days from the purchase date for a refund. After 10 days, you will receive store credit only. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. Any alterations- sizing or changes to an item are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. If you are planning on returning an item please let us know within 24 hours of the purchase, and when you expect the item to be returned to us. Upon inspection of the item (if within 10 days) we will issue you a refund on the spot.

Custom Pieces:

Custom pieces are non refundable and non returnable, as they are custom and 1 of a kind.
