This stunning diamond ring was made by Marcus | Co., founded in 1892 by William Elder Marcus.  He was later joined by George Marcus and their father, Herman, who was a former employee of Tiffany | Co.  The company remained in business until 1962.  Crafted out of platinum, this ring holds 5 diamonds, and has amazing beading and geometric metalwork throughout the design.  The centerpiece of this artfully crafted ring is a glimmering .36 carat Old European cut diamond, bezel set, with an additional “halo” ring done in delicate milgrain detail.  Four more Old European bead set diamonds glitter from the sides of the center stone.  Perfectly placed bead work and cut out designs finish off the look of this ring.  A simply stunning piece of jewelry!
