Enamel, Pearl, and Diamond Brooch/Pendant by Riker Brothers

A fabulous Art Nouveau quatrafoil brooch /pendant combination feature exquisite enamel, pearls and diamonds. Centered in the piece is a 0.40 carat old European cut diamond, set with in a square frame. In the corners of the frame are triangular pieces with light green enamel on them. To the North, South, East and West of the center diamond is a 2.5 millimeter pearl, and a “3 leaf”  design above the pearl, with enamel that goes from yellow to green. All of these details are done within the quatrafoil frame set with pearls .  All pearls are believed to be natural but have not been tested. The top of the piece has a “loop” that is hinged for wearing the piece as a pendant or can be folded down to “disappear” when wearing the piece as a brooch. The overall measurements are approximately 1 inch by 1 inch. The piece was made by Riker brothers and is stamped with a scimtar with an “R” above it.
